Shipping
In order to simplify and expedite shipping, Modern Hobbies LLC® charges a flat rate for: Domestic (USA) and International (Canada/
Mexico, All other countries) shipping/ handling. We use the United States Postal Service® for all shipping and handling needs.
*Please allow 1-5 business days for US Domestic Priority delivery and 10-14 business days for International Priority delivery.
*Please note that shipments are typically faster than what we are asking (see below). These time frames allow for in-climate weather,
any Customs delays and any holiday delivery issues not controlled by Modern Hobbies LLC. Thank you.
*Shipping Update Notice as of January 4, 2010: Modern Hobbies products will be shipped using *USPS Priority Mail boxes®
(7" x 7" x 6"). This box size and flat rate (see below for details) will accommodate most/ all size orders and eliminates repetitive
weighing and calculating individual packages for each order. This translates to lower operating costs, simplicity in shipping, and faster
delivery to you our customers! See below for our new flat rates.
During checkout, please select the following:
US Domestic Priority Mail (United States only) ............$ 5.50 As of 1-4-2010 (1-5 day delivery)
Canada and Mexico/ International Priority Mail............$ 20.00 (6-10 day delivery)
All other countries/ International Priority Mail..............$ 30.00 (10-14 day delivery)
*All packages will be shipped within 1 day of order; including weekends!
Returns
If products are received damaged and/or missing, please do not return them. Notify Modern Hobbies LLC® by our Contact Us page with
the order number, product name, and a detailed description of the problem. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

Production Process and Shipping
Modern Hobbies LLC® 1/72nd Scale Resin Aircraft Accessories are we have numerous production molds that are carefully
stored for maximum mold life and integrity. This practice helps us to avoid premature wear on our molds. Allowing us to
produce products for longer periods of time. Upon your order, products are cast, de-molded and allowed to cure hard to avoid
warping. They are then packaged in Official USPS Priority Mail boxes and shipped to you, our customer. We use recycled paper
and shipping products where ever possible. *Product instruction sheets are available via PDF files instead of paper!
